How We Work
Palmer Wade aims to provide high standards of service to
all of its clients. By this we mean:

- Prompt responses to queries
- Cost effectiveness and transparency in our charging structure
If we can achieve a negotiated settlement, we do so. We aim to avoid litigation where we cann as it is costly both financially and emotionally. Where litigation cannot be avoided we use our considerable skills and experience to make sure we win.
If you contact us by electronic means we will reply as soon
as possible and generally within a working day or two. If
you have not heard from us, you should contact us by telephone.
Once you have instructed us we will send you a letter confirming
our terms and conditions and your instructions. We will ask
you to sign a copy of the letter to confirm your agreement
and this will be kept on your file. You can, at any time,
withdraw your instructions to us.
